Shoes & Cleanliness

• Take off your shoes at the entrance; use the shoe racks.
• Do not dry outdoor boots, fishing boots or wet clothing in your room.
• Keep rooms and common areas tidy.

Damage & Duty to Report

• Please report immediately if something is broken or not working properly.
• Unreported damage may be charged afterwards.
• Improper use of the facilities may cause additional costs.

Noise & Quiet

• Avoid excessive noise, both indoors and outdoors.
• Quiet hours from 11pm.
• Respect other guests and nature.

Food & Canteen

• Do not eat in the upper floors; use the canteen or outdoor area.
• Leave the guest kitchen and canteen clean.
• Turn off the lights when leaving the kitchen, canteen and common areas.

Energy & Lighting

• Turn off the lights when leaving your room, the shower and the toilet.
• Use water and electricity mindfully.

Boat & Fishing Rules

• Luxury fishing boats are only available to guests with a reservation and experience.
• Catch & release according to local regulations.
• Remember your personal fishing licence.
• Trailer use only under the supervision of our team.
• Damage to boats and engines caused by improper use may be charged to the renter.

Pets

• Only allowed with prior consent.
• Always kept on a leash on the premises.
• Please clean up after your pet immediately.
• Not allowed on sofas or beds!
• If it turns out after departure that pets have been on sofas or beds, additional cleaning costs will be charged.
• Must not cause any nuisance.

Visitors

• External visitors only by prior arrangement.
• No unauthorised guests in rooms or on the premises.
